Pick up times are as follows:
8.30am - 4.30pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
10.30am - 4.30pm on Sundays.
Delivery times are as follows:
2.00pm - 6.00pm from Tuesdays to Sundays.
Deliveries are only available to the certain postcodes allowed by the Government due to Covid-19. If your postcode is not within the radius of the allocated km's and you select the delivery option, your order may be cancelled. We cannot deliver to postcodes not on this list, so please opt for pickup instead if you fall outside of our delivery zone.
Once orders are received, we will organise your pick up / delivery on the next day latest by 4.30pm (pick-up) / 6pm (delivery). We only accept requests for deliveries on a specific day but not time unfortunately.
Terms: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made with less than 24 hours notice.
Please be aware that we are not offering any refunds on cancelled orders, or orders that are undeliverable or that don’t get collected.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, refunds or exchanges are available if an item has a significant defect or is different from the description provided.
Proof of purchase will be required in order for refunds or exchanges to be made.
